Services are offered in a warm, welcoming, home-based clinic environment designed to help you feel comfortable, safe, and at ease from the moment you arrive. For those who prefer the flexibility and convenience of accessing support from home, appointments are also available via secure telehealth. Whether in person or online, the focus remains the same — providing a supportive, confidential space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I use evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances. I draw from a broad range of therapeutic approaches and select the most appropriate strategies depending on the nature of the presenting concerns.

These approaches may include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), relaxation training, breathwork, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnosis, acupressure tapping, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, body-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, as well as Jungian active imagination and dream therapy.

I work with adolescents and adults across individual therapy, couples counselling, and family or systems-based therapy, always with the goal of achieving meaningful and lasting positive outcomes. The choice of therapeutic approach is made collaboratively with each client, ensuring therapy feels aligned, supportive, and practical. At the conclusion of the first session, I provide a clear therapeutic model outlining the strategies I would recommend moving forward.

I have a broad clinical focus and support clients with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Stress management (including psychosomatic symptoms and workplace stress)

  • Navigating difficult systems and personalities (including narcissistic abuse)

  • Anxiety across the lifespan (including panic disorder and PTSD)

  • Depression

  • Trauma and bullying

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship counselling (including workplace, friendship, family, and romantic relationships)

Costs

Fees are set just below the recommended rate of the Australian Psychological Society. The initial appointment is a longer session, allowing time to gain a thorough understanding of your concerns while also beginning meaningful therapeutic work.
